This event is aimed at open minded people who want to try a mantra meditation, kirtan. All events are free and it is not organized by any club or organization. Everything is non-binding and completely undogmatic. We just want to share the multifaceted gifts of yoga with others, especially the mantra meditation because together it's even more fun. We sit together and chant mantras from India. You can experience peace and contentment and inner joy.
There will be no physical exercise or touch. It's all about the connection through the sound. It may come with a culture shock, but it's wonderful, so I would like to invite you to our kirtan. We are around four or six people, sometimes we sing quiet, meditative, sometimes we even dance. The kirtan is accompanied by a harmonium, drum and cymbals. In kirtan one sings first and the other repeats afterwards. In this way we feel inner happiness and connectedness to yourself, to others and to God or the spirituality. Afterwards we will have a vegetarian dinner.

Please only come if you are completely healthy. Please do not come if you have a cough or runny nose or other colds. My apartment is in Brandenburg. The regulations in Brandenburg differ depending on the number of infections. The strictest regulation is that celebrations are only allowed for up to 10 people. If the laws change please tell me. My apartment is very open and we sit at a distance from one another.
